    1. This book was incredibly helpful to me, especially as a dancer. Unless you have studied mindfulness or vipasana (which I have) sometimes it is difficult to see the connection between the mind and the body. This book was full of visualizations that help the muscles of the body to relax. You can still have a hardcore workout and be relaxed!
