    1. This is book #13 in this series. The books are written by all different authors. This book really advanced the family dynamics and introduced the fact that Sarah has a brother James who lives with his wife in Livorno, Italy. I don't remember ever a mention of a brother in any previous books. This book is well-written. I noticed that the series is veering away from mysteries that actually involve quilts, although there is always a quilt in the story. In this book Sarah receives the bad news that h [...]

    2. 8/27/14-9/1/14Sarah's father is ailing in the nursing home, and Sarah's brother and his wife come home to Maple Hill to be with him. There is fraudulent activity on her father's bank account, and Sarah solves this mystery while crafting a memory quilt in honor of her father and his life. This book was so very touching, I didn't want it to end. I love this series, and love how each book fleshes out the cast of characters a little more.

    3. OK so this one was better due to the fact that we now at book 13 know the characters, but still get surprised. More family and friend surround Sarah as her father loses ground. Why and how could anyone steal from the residents of the nursing home? Sarah Hart will find out!

    4. Enjoying this series, of which there are 27 books. If you are reading this series, you most likely anticipate what is to come. I'm on number #26 and it's good!

    5. This is a fun series to read. I like the fact that there are so many books in the series that you can get to know the characters.

    6. A Quilt of Memories is #13 in the Patchwork Mystery series, and I have to say it is my favorite so far. Not because it is an outstanding cozy but rather for the sweet poignancy Eckhardt has written with the loss of one of the main characters. Sarah Hart, professional quilter and quilt restorer, is once again caught up in a mystery. But this time the mystery surrounds her 97 year old father who has lived in Bradford Manor Nursing Home for many years. Apparently his identity has been stolen and so [...]
