    1. A riveting read that takes you back to a Home Town that holds a lot of very bad memoirs for Jess. From a sister who was the golden child to abusive step fathers to going to juvy as a teen and finally run away altogether to Miami. Coming home again brings the memoirs back but this time she stronger to face what happened to her sister and falling in love with a handsomely bad boy F.B.I. Agent who is facing some bad memoirs of his too. It take both of them and the love and understanding of what God [...]

    2. “Motive for Murder” gives you some love-inspired suspense. Nothing like a death to make the heart grow fonder between two people who want to “keep it professional,” but sometimes principles get in the way of the heart. This should give you something to read for the next few days. Get in touch with these authors, learn about them, check out their other series, and buy their books. And tell them you would like to see them at this year’s Killer Nashville.Until next time, read like someone [...]

    3. Motive for Murder had all the elements of a top notch suspense.Broken characters with spark and quirks, Shane and Jess gave a semblance of familiarity. As though seeing them in person wouldn't be a surprise. And their romance lit up the pages from the first chapter. The activity in this story never stopped. The first page opened with a shock followed by a surprise, and the spinning details continued to seep into the action of the story until the culmination. Carol Post set up a clever mystery wit [...]

    4. Motive For Murder by Carol J. Post was a good book. Jessica Parker moved back to her home town to prove her sister was murdered. Threats are made against her, but she is determined to stay and find out who is to blame and what is going on. Undercover FBI agent Shane Dalton is also there to find out what is going on. He thinks this case is related to another case he is working on. Lots of suspense. Also romance in the story. You have to read to find out who is "dirty" in the little town Jessica l [...]

    5. Good, quick read here - love these mystery/romances. I think the relationship-building could've been better, though I suppose traumatic situations can bond two people together and I Definitely guessed some of the plot twists, but every once in a while, I like to read something mostly predictable. Happy endings are always good! = )

    6. "Gripping from the start, the second book in the Harmony Grove series keeps readers on the edge of their seats with the various twists and turns. Shane's character exemplifies with Christ can make in our lives." RT Book Reviews, rated 4 1/2 stars

    7. I received this book through a giveaway.I really enjoyed this book, a gentle romance along with a little mystery, I've even gone back and bought the first in the series.A great read for a rainy day.

    8. Thank you Carol Post for this giveaway. I am not a Harlequin fan so the romance aspect did not appeal to me and it was obvious from the start that Jess and Shane would hook up. The mystery component was quite obvious too from the start. A straight forward book with no real surprises.

    9. The book was pretty intense. The main character, Jessica Parker, blames God for everything that happened in her life. It wasn't until she met FBI Agent Shane Dalton, that she starts to have a different outlook on life.

    10. I received this book through the giveaway in exchange for an honest review.Highly recommend this book! From the first page to the last, it was hard to put down. Well written, and excellent story line and ending! A MUST read!

    11. This was my first time reading a love inspired suspense book. I enjoyed the story, small town setting, string female heroine, and undercover hero. Lots of fun twists and turns with a lovely message.
