    1. Original nomination suggestion: "I like this book because it's so sad and good"Ms. Laura: This was a fun read. It almost felt like a little epic for preschoolers.

    2. I was always one who preferred illustrations to photographs but when I picked up this book I was mesmerized by the black and white photos that went along with the story. A red tricycle rolls back by itself to it’s owner after his parents throw it out. It gave me the chills and was both creepy and awesome at the same time. McMillan is from Maine and as a bonus you can even spot George Bush’s house in one of the photos.

    3. I "read" this children's book by watching a video, part of which was a short film based on this book. No words. The tricycle gets separated from it's little boy, and has to make its way back to him. Very cute, and I would recommend it to anyone with children eight and under.

    4. This is a book told in pictures. It is part fiction part reality in that this supposedly happened to the author. It's a good way to show the different ways you can portray a story.
