    1. **DNF at 10% skimmed the rest.**I had to stop. Being this angry while reading can't be a good thing.Fair warning. This is a seriously ranty review.*takes deep breath*This book (what I managed to read of it) was horrible. This series, as a whole, was horrible.I've now finally discovered my hard limit for reading:Romanticising a character who has abused a woman. The knowledge that a writer, a female writer (which I think makes it worse), a person from a position of strength who has a platform to get [...]

    2. In my education as a meteorologist, I learned how essential elements combined in just the right way to create the perfect storm. Finding the one element, the one piece of the puzzle that completed the devastation would be like choosing the single raindrop responsible for a ruinous flood or the upward draft that completed the destructive funnel cloud. Each drop of water or gust of wind played a role in the destruction. In my education as Mrs. Rawlings, I learned how each storm, no matter how smal [...]

    3. BHE - Convicted: The Missing Years is no longer a companion. It's a full length novel giving us the complete story from the Missing Years and beautifully takes us beyond the Convicted journey and gives us a little of their future too! It's a unique story, one like no other One that's a total mind fuck but so very, very worth the reading experience. In this, the fourth full length book, we hear the point of view of Tony, Harry, John, Phil and Brent. All of the male characters have a story to tell a [...]

    4. I just want to start out by saying that this is definitely a companion book. You have to read Convicted to know what is going on in this book but is a full length novel with some new material from the various POVs. I was a bit leery at first as far as getting the other POVs especially when all I care about is Tony's but they kind of grew on me. They certainly helped with filling in the blanks ~before, during and after~ those missing years. Naturally, I enjoyed Tony's the most. It was interesting [...]

    5. ARC provided by author in exchange of honest review☆☆☆☆☆ 5 Only in His Eyes Stars ☆ ☆☆☆☆Behind His Eyes: Convicted-The Missing Years was a spellbinding and captivating read that you could not put down. Aleatha Romig did a phenomenal job in this 4th installment where readers are immersed in not only Tony’s POV but as well as from Harry, John, Brent and Phil. In their eyes, we are welcomed to a whole a new fresh perspective of what these men had to endured from Tony’s legal [...]

    6. 5++++ "The Best Ending of a Series" StarsThe Missing Yearsdand, well.Aleatha Romig, there are not enough words/thoughts/emotions for the love I have for your brilliant mind. This book was utter perfection. The missing years told so much and explained so much, you finished this series the best way possible for all your fans. You took Tony and Claire full circle. I read that last word and smiledEveryone who is a fan of the Consequences series needs no prodding to read this last book in the series. [...]

    7. Tony Rawlings - Gah! I loved this book. I will say that you must have read Convicted before reading this book. This book gives us the multiple POVs of the men in this series: Tony, John, Brent, Harry and Phil. I always love getting the man's POV in a story and I was not disappointed here. Even though I know John and Emily only want the best for Claire and Nichol, I really hated how they treated Tony. If they would have just listened to Claire before, things could have been different. Claire may [...]

    8. 6++++++ STARS!!!!! Aleatha This was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!!!! “I’m not proud of the things I’ve done in the past, and I would never do them again. I would do anything to have never behaved as I did. You need to know that this time things were different.”I have read every single book in the Consequences Series and I can honestly say that this one if my favorite of the entire series. For those of you that have only read Consequences, Truth, & Convicted you can definitely read this on [...]

    9. CONSEQUENCES FANS!!! This is Tony's POV!! You’ve experienced the CONSEQUENCES, you’ve learned the TRUTH, now you know who was CONVICTEDe time has come to see it from TONY’S point of view! Each novella will be a collection of significant scenes, from each book, of the CONSEQUENCES Series. These will not be full length novels and won’t retell the entire series—only significant scenes, and because you asked for itBehind His Eyes will also contain timelines and family trees. It has been said [...]

    10. Roses are redMinou's feeling bluetime to say bye to Tonyand Claire Rawlings, tooTheir story was a puzzlea plot so unique an alpha so terrifyingmy curiosity was piquedAt first I hated Tony"What an asshole!" I would saybut gradually his heart openedand my pitiful heart swayed Alas I say goodbyeto a couple I love so dearlymy thanks goes out to Aleathafor creating a world so sincerely

    11. Wish I could give it more. I have loved everyone of these books, and patiently waited for the next one to come out. Aleatha out did herself on this one. If I had to pick my favorite of the series, hands down, this one. When I finally got to the end of this book, I stood from my seated position on the sofa and clapped my hands. My husband looked at me like I had two heads and I explained that I was giving Aleatha Romig a standing ovation. Well played my friend. My only problem now is, I am torn. [...]

    12. *** 5 I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S OVER STARS *** Hi Tony, I've missed you"It is during in our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light - Aristotle Onassis" Love that the whole book is from the different point of views of all the male characters. Aleatha Romig's writing is just extraordinary! FULL REVIEW TO FOLLOW.

    14. 5+++ starsTHE PERFECT ENDING TO A PERFECT SERIESI LOVED EVERY SECOND OF THIS BOOKKeeping it short. This book is dJust awesome.Everybody

    15. Aleatha Romig gives us a special treat in this expanded version of what she originally thought would be a simple companion novel. Instead we see the events play out through the eyes of all the men in Claire's life. Tony, Harry, John, Brent and Phil. They all get a voice. When I read the third book in this series there was a a huge gap of information that I was dying to know about. I wanted to know how Tony survived while in prison, being away from Claire & Nichol and how he came to the concl [...]

    16. DNF 30%this is only the 3rd book i've ever started and not finishedd i've read hundreds of books. ok i picked consequences last year as a book club bookd i HATED iti HATED tonyi could not believe so many readers out there liked and supported him. his entire life was built on unfounded revenge that started when he was a kid that he never fully understood. and then he literally almost beat claire to death and tortured her for yearsd she just forgives all that and champions his cause and wants to h [...]

    17. Behind His Eyes – Convicted THE MISSING YEARS by Aleatha Romig5 stars!!!“Once upon a time, signed a napkin that he knew was a contract. As an esteemed businessman, he forgot one very important rule – he forgot to read the fine print. It wasn’t an acquisition to own another person as he’d previously assumed. It was an agreement to acquire a soul. – Aleatha Romig, CONVICTED”After a bit of a slow burn in the beginning, this book certainly picks up in pace and delivers continuously unt [...]

    18. One thing I love in this series is that it doesn't slows down the pace and it keeps you on your toes page to page giving you that adreline rush feeling. We already know who were convicted in book 3, what's the fuss on reading book 4? The final of the final piece of the puzzle eh*raised eyebrow* (but for me as a fan of the trilogy, why not, I enjoyed the suspense and romance in it and I'm so glad for another book);)"Behind his eyes the missing years" is a new story which live by its title. The mi [...]

    19. ♚ One of my favorite series has come to an end. It's a little bittersweet but it's been a journey worth taking so thank you, Aleatha Romig, for giving us the story of Tony & Claire and proving once again that love does conquer all and that everyone deserves a second chance.♛ I said it before and I'll say it again - 'Behind His Eyes' is a must read for fans of the series. This wasn't just a ploy by the author to sell more books but a useful [IMO] addition to the series and never once did [...]

    20. Have you ever finished a book and/or series and just sat back and felt complete contentment?? I don't know that I ever really have.until now!!Now, you all know that this series, when it was only 3 books long was a great big 50+ star read for me!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT, EVERY MINUTE, FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!!! So, I really never imagined that it could get better. But O.M.G. - it totally did!!"In our fuck'n wasted game of chess, the king can survive without the queen, but he doesn't want to - he n [...]

    21. What you should keep in mind while reading The Missing Years is that theHISis being plural.Exactly. Not only do we get to know what Anthony Rawling's been experiencing while in absence for the best part of Convicted but also the other men that kept reappearing throughout the series.Tony, John, Brent, Phil and Harry. They will get you through the story of guilt, sorrow, making difference, amendments, reunions and new beginnings. Finally we've come to see the development of his new 'true self' thro [...]

    22. “Her voice was the melody of his soul.”That Ms. Romig was able to switch gears and pen an entirely new novel, intertwine it with the makings of a reading companion, and continue the story so fluidly as if she had never written two supplemental books in between was pretty remarkable. Add to that the numerous details she had to keep in line in order for the story to work and the significant improvement in grammar and lyricism - color me impressed. The Consequences series, and this final install [...]

    23. Once upon a time, signed a napkin that he knew was a contract. As an esteemed businessman, he forgot one very important rule—he forgot to read the fine print. It wasn’t an acquisition to own another person as he’d previously assumed. It was an agreement to acquire a soul.—Aleatha Romig, CONVICTED05/28/2014This was the perfect ending for an incredible and amazing series. You Mrs. Romig are the master of deceit and appearances. I loved your books. All of them. there wasn't one book where I [...]

    24. 5++ Tony-worthy stars!!And if you don't know what I mean, then you're most definitely missing out on the goodness that it Ms. Aleatha Romig! This was a glorious ending to this great series! A unique story. A distinctive writing style that's all Ms. Romig's. And finally, a sheer talent in grasping one's attention from start to finish! I started reading this series last year; and was fortunate enough to have both Consequences and Truth with me when I started reading (thank God), because I'd had ser [...]

    25. Behind His Eyes-Convicted is the fourth book in this intoxicating and gripping series but, in my opinion, should really be read as the sixth. It is the final installment and it literally blew me away. Convicted really did leave me questioning quite a bit and Behind His Eyes- Convicted brought everything to light. The reading order for this incredibly insane and twisted tale is as follows; So, Behind His Eyes-Convicted is basically a book from 5 different male point of views. These males are all p [...]

    26. 5 stars without doubt! *ARC provided to G the Book Diva blog in exchange for an honest review*ENTER GIVEAWAY BELOW!Such a bittersweet ending to an amazing series. I don't want it to be over! The BHE additions have been like a warm blanket allowing me a little more time to snuggle up against my favorite devious mindf*cker, Tony Rawlings. It has been a dream to continue the story and explore every detail, some of which confirmed my suspicions and others that have changed my perspective. I feel like [...]

    27. **sigh**What do you do when the story has finally ended? I have no clue but I doubt I'll ever forget these characters. I feel like I've known them a lifetime. I may even know some of them better than I know some in my family, which depending on the character and/or family member could be a good or bad thing. This was the perfect way to end a wonderful series. We got our answers and Aleatha wrapped it up perfectly. I always say I love the male POVs and this certainly didn't disappoint. If you thin [...]
