The Recruit The Recruit Rotten Tomatoes The Recruit is a film that showcases an interesting idea, but simply doesn t quite get there It s a great shame because this film could have been something great, unfortunately it falls flat Watch The Recruit Prime Video It s always interesting to watch a movie that was filmed in your back yard and even though the Washington Navy Yard where I work is nothing like it is depicted in the movie I am guessing the filmmakers could not gain access to the secured home of NCIS this movie still has enough local color to keep Washingtonians interested. 1. The book was pretty good. It went a little fast and could have held a little more depth and detail into the story and characters. I like the idea of it; hunting fallen angels. It got better as the story went on though. The beginning of it felt a bit rushed and I felt like Cassie was much too accepting and willing, she didn't really question anything at all which made it a bit unrealistic. But I generally liked the book. :)
