    1. Milly wanted excitement and something meaningful in her life, to fulfill a dream, but when she was accepted to be part of a group who care for and help protect the beauty of the many animals in Kenya, she finds more than she could ever hope for, purpose and love.Mario Saincic’s My African Dream follows one wide-eyed and ill-prepared young woman as her heart is opened to the dangers and raw beauty of a land gifted with creatures most of us will only ever see in a cage or zoo environment. Along [...]

    2. OkayWOWMario Saincic really knows how to blow my mind, be it with the heart-squeezing romance that is Seasons or this fast-paced eye-opener that is My African Dream. Justwow. You open the book and meet Milly, a character I think a lot of people will be able to relate to in one way or the other. An ordinary woman, yet stronger than she knows, and also a bit unsatisfied with where she ended up in life. Then, on the spur of the moment, she takes a chance and ends up on a plane to Kenya, making her A [...]

    3. Mario Saincic’s words grab your hand and take you into the heart of Africa – a journey I thoroughly enjoyed. I was right there with Milly, frowning, laughing and going wide eyed at the mention of snakes and spiders. And had my breath taken away as her African dream came true.Laughing out loud moments showing the cultural differences will have you hooked; and enjoyable characters – be it man or animal – will enhance the wild beauty surrounding them. When Milly comes face to face with the [...]

    4. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. The writing overall was really well done. Especially the dialogue. It was engaging and the dialogue was easy to read and didn't feel awkward at all. I did find that things could become fast paced, as in it seemed as if the writing was hurrying you along and this meant that I didn't always feel as if I was truly engrossed by the book. That was the only thing I really had against the writing.Milly was a character that I think everyone [...]

    5. I found myself immersed in a life far different from my own as I followed Milly on an adventure that changed her life. Great story, even greater message! And 50% of the author's proceeds go toward rhino preservation. What more can you ask than contributing to a good cause while reading an entertaining book? :)

    7. Note: This copy was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review. This is the abbreviated version. Full version of this review can be found on The Review Board. The fact that My African Dream is classified as “Romantic Suspense” baffles me in a lot of ways. Not necessarily the romantic part but the suspense part. For me, in order for something to be suspenseful, I have to be in a state of eager anticipation or total shock when the event occurs. Unfortunately, with My African Dream, [...]

    8. Reviewed on behalf of The Review Board by Harmony Kent.I received a free PDF copy of this book, in exchange for an honest review.Millicent Cramer lives a boring, unfulfilling life in Texas. She has never left Texas, let alone travelled abroad. Her sister keeps trying to set her up on blind dates, but Millicent’s heart just isn’t in it. Then, on a whim, she signs up for an online competition to win three months at a game reserve in deepest, darkest Africa. Millie never could have guessed the [...]
