    1. We are introduced to the beautiful Fiona who is entranced with her co-worker, Mark. I love that they are both writers. Another writer, Katherine, aka Krazy Kat, completes our tender love story. The author, Randy Dutton, perfects ugly in a woman. Excellent read.

    2. Fiona was an avid contestant in LinkedIn contest stories, and she wanted Mark to join the writing group. Mark Bowen was a writer of tech manuals, but he was also skilled in creative writing; except, he hadn’t hone his skills in a long while. He isn’t quite sure if he should enter the writing contest, after all, his life was actively engaged in work and athletic events. Oh, well, why not? Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Mark goes for it!To Fiona, Mark is her worst critic. Even still, Fiona [...]

    3. Mark is being influenced by a flirty office girl, Fiona, who wants him to enter a short story contest where she is one of the participants. Fiona's romantic moves come at a price; getting a first place vote from Mark and getting Mark to leave positive remarks about her story. One night, Fiona's jealous side takes hold of her in private, and she suddenly comes up with a conniving plan, which drives a wedge between Mark and another woman in the contest, Krazy Kat. This short romance tale shows the [...]

    4. LinkedIn Love is a great quick read, that is rather captivating on the romantic side. It’s a different sort of on-line meet up – where the main character is entering a writing competition on LinkedIn, and just happens to really love another story written by someone else in the same competition. The reviews that they leave for each other – while professional, they are also quite star-struck by each other’s prose, and that sat well with me as the reader. As for the girlfriend in the book? [...]

    5. What a fun read. I was rooting for Krazy Kat the whole time and hoping that Mark would be able to get the "story" straight. I loved the fact that this was a romance about a writer finding his perfect match through a writing contest. It was also a fun little glimpse at LinkedIn's flexibility as a social media option. I enjoyed all the little details and especially the ending. This was a quick, light-hearted read that made my afternoon.

    6. LinkedIn Love begins with a wonderful parody of the Romance Novel from heaving breasts and broad shoulders to swinging down a burning rope. But when Mark’s girlfriend and romance writer Fiona, convinces Mark to join her writing group the story turns into a real romance, though not what Fiona has hoped for. And the romance being very modern takes place within a LinkedIn writing group. What a fun book!

    7. My cheeks are aching with so much smiling and laughing. What larks! LinkedIn Love is an uplifting battle of the sexes using sharpend pens as weapons. Such fun. There's always been winnners and losers in love. Always crafty strategems and deviousness as passions swell and die in the dust. I could see a version with Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and half the cast of Friends making a comeback with LinkedIn Love as the script. A hoot! Have you got Fiona's phone number?

    8. As someone with experience in LinkedIn writing groups, this was a fun read for me. But even someone without that experience will enjoy this romantic tale of connection between artistic souls. Dutton weaves some great characters that you really root for (and against) in this just right length story.

    9. CALORIE-FREE SWEETNESSIf you've got 20 minutes to spare, this novella delivers sweetness without the calories. Almost from the start, it's plain that modest, shy Kat is the woman who can make Mark happy. Alas, he's being chased by man-eater Fiona. The path of true love is never smooth of course, but the ending is very satisfying. It beats a cream cake with your coffee, girls!

    10. A wonderfully written romance with a social media twist, begging the question of how anyone can fall in love in this digital world. I enjoyed this book very much and found it to be a fast and pleasant read.

    11. Anyone who has participated in an online writers forum will appreciate this charming tale of two writers who fall in love over the Internet. Yet, non-writers, too, will enjoy LinkedIn Love, not only for the romance aspect, but for a glimpse into the life of writers.A fine and fun read.
