    1. This was a very informative book. It did a good job of speaking common sense and Biblical reasoning to a movement that feeds on the sick and desperate. While not denying that God can and does heal, either immediately or in time, the author speaks out against "faith healers" who use emotional manipulation to draw crowds (and their donations), claim large numbers of healings to their credit, and yet none of these medical miracles are ever verified by the doctors of the hundreds or thousands healed [...]
