Ms. Willinsky has chosen three basic recipes for jerk seasoning, one in the form of a rub, a dry seasoning, and a marinade. And then explains in detail (with marvelous photos I might add) how and which ones to apply to such and such dish. As well as some very specific tips on grilling style, temps, and times.     2. Great recipes with true Jamaican flavor. Her descriptions of Jamaica, and the roadside jerk stands, really brought back fond memories. Worth a look even if you're not sure about the Jamaican flavors - it's an armchair vacation!


    3. Just because I don't cook doesn't mean I don't enjoy eating, or reading delicious recipes. Delicious, nummy, spicy food.
