    1. This book tells the story of a very adventurous piece of history. I do not know much of Viking history, but after reading this book, I would certainly like to know more. This book follows the journey of Leif, who was the third son of Eirik the Red. They live in Greenland, but the journey that Leif takes in this book is a mystery that has puzzled people for centuries.     2. This is a cute story and I love the illustrations. My 7.5-year-old read it to himself (after picking it out himself at the library). The ending is the best!
